Had a surgery a few months ago and wanted to highlight that the nurses were very very friendly and did great on the pain control. They reponded promtly everytime even at 230 AM! Only downside was that the food was not that great.

I was in this hospital for 4 days after being diagnosed with an overactive thyroid. The medical staff were very thorough and always explained every procedure as well as treatment option to the very last detail. I felt all of my questions were answered comprehensively. The nursing staff is well trained and in general friendly. YOu do have to talk to a lot of interns and residents but I guess that goes for all academic centers. My only complaint is the food- terrible- but that was of course a minor issue in the scheme of things.
