Top of the line surgeons and ICU staff but make sure you have someone with you if you wind up on a general recovery floor (specifically 4SE). Your pain meds will vanish between the dispenser and you. If you complain they call security, label you as crazy and and pat poor little nurse sneak thief on the back because you hurt her feelings. Make sure you have someone with you to keep them honest. My stay turned out to be a horrible, painful experience. Best choice is to just go to Swedish. I never had a problem there.
I was an inpatient here because of a thyroid disease that needed treatment ( ablation)- the place is really very good. The medical care I received was as good as I imagined it could be. The only down side- for some, although not for me- is that you have to deal with lots of medical students, interns and residents- but then again that comes with all big academic medical centers ( which are also the best hospitals in the country- so it comes with the territory!)
