Brought my mother in for UTI, the nurses kept trying to get her into bed. My mother is scheduled for hip replacement in 10 days and cannot get in bed. Must stay in wheelchair. Then they started treating... more my mother like she was a burden. Unacceptable. Complete attitudes. I suggest you check Cheryl longs chart for the name of her nurses and then have a long discussion. I'm very disappointed today. Never have been in the past.
I sit here reading bad reviews in shock and awe. I ended up in this hospital after the paramedics took me from a 911 call. I had a blood clot in my lung. The nurses were amazing made me feel at ease and... more like a king. The doctors were caring and personalized my whole visit. No-one was ever rude or made me feel uncomfortable. I've only been to the hospital 3 times in my life time and I was humbled by the visit. I wish I could do more for their nurses and staff. Thank You for your hospitality, and help.
