I am currently admitted in the hospital. I frequently come in due to chest pain. I have suffered a few heart attacks and have had open heart surgery. When I feel pain or discomfort i don't take chances... more I run to get checked out. Any how my triponents were elevated and shows some damage my nurse penny and some manager they have her. Really make me feel bad I'm sick. I have to pull teeth out for pain med that the doc gave me. The really look for reasons to make us suffer and hurt I truly believe this. I asked to speak to advocate 3 times and gotten no response. I would have to say dignity hospitals really have compassion I regret coming to this hospital i really do.
They called me the day before I was scheduled to be induced and told me I had to front all of the money for my birth. But the lowest they'd take was half. The stress and worry that put on me was UNREAL.... more I'd never given birth or had to deal with a hospital before so I can no idea how it worked. I instantly started bawling so my mother called and spoke with a manager who told us that was incorrect and they'd be talking with the person who told me that. Sure
miscommunication happens, I get it. But to tell a pregnant women with her first child she has to front ALL of the money for her birth the DAY before she's scheduled to be induced?!? It doesn't stop there. I came in early with contractions. I had an 18 hour labor. It's my first so of course I'm super excited/stressed and can't wait for my little one to get here!! I had the worst moody nurses, it was a chore for them to get me some water. They looked miserable and like they hated their job. I don't EVEN want to get started on the billing department. I'd be typing here all night. Long story short you might want to consider a different hospital to give your hard earned money to because they sure don't deserve a penny. If my OB
would go to a different hospital I'd never go back to any Banner hospital. THANKS FOR MAKING MY BIRTHING EXPERIENCE SUCH A HORRIBLE ONE.
It took the duty pediatrician 2 nights and 3 days to decide whether to circumcise my child or not as if my Tricare Prime insurance was a rinky dink bad insurance. My wife was still on her 1st month of... more pregnancy when I was already on top of the situation. I already know what's covered. Tricare covers circumcision. Some morning nurses where only good in introducing themselves; after that you won't see them again until relieving time. Yeah, you know yourselves.
On the first day though, Nurse Sheila and Doctor Nieves were an awesome pair though. We will miss their caring attitude.
I guess just like any work environment, some are lazy which was so obvious and some are hardworking.
