I was met with demeaning attitudes not only while I was there as a patient but when dealing with my billing after the fact. They repeatedly sent my bill to the wrong insurance provided and tried to blame... more me for having the wrong insurance information. After they finally did bill my insurance they sent me a bill for the full amount, not taking into account the amount that my insurance actually covered. Being constantly talked down to and blamed for actions I did not take is not the way I expect to be treated by members of the medical profession.
I've used the Walk-In clinic on several occasions and every time they've been as prompt as the volume of patients allowed. The staff has been polite and attentive. The one time it couldn't be solely dealt... more with there, I was referred to a specialist that was more than capable.
Worst walk in clinic. Waited two hours in lobby, 40 minutes in office for a five minute visit from a PA then told to go see a real doctor and billed $200 for absolutely nothing. This is why everyone drives... more out of town to get real medical treatment.
