1-RMO on unit does not know how to talk with patients and family.
2- Unnecessary billing to insurance.
3- Doesn't know the role of different health care profession and when to refer patients... more for their advice.
4- Dr. Nirmal Pisadia- very egoistic and feels that's only orthopedics can recover the patietns father- doesn't know the role of Physiotherapy profession when to refer .
