Horrible protocol for discharging patients. I am supposed to be discharged today, doctor team visited around 9am and stated that I can be discharged. But even now I am not ready for discharge, although... more it's around 4 hrs now!! The protocol is as follows: doctors submit online discharge summary then it goes to billing and then to insurance, so even if you are ready to be discharged by morning there is no guarantee that you get discharged by evening!! I do not want to wait for the insurance, I am ready to pay on my own and get refund later. But that also is not possible due to their weird discharge protocol. Why can't doctor immediately submit the discharge summary. They are unnecessarily making a patient mentally disturbing by unnecessarily delaying them to get discharged. Horrible post-medical services!! I also sent an email about this but they didn't responded. Now they will give a sweet call after few days and very sweetly say sorry. Useless morons.
Worst experience over here
Like someone said
The patient flow has increased and they can’t control it.
Long waiting lines.. less seating
I had an appointment with a doctor at... more 1 pm
I waited for 45 minutes
And at last I approached the nurse and asked why is it taking time.
The nurses were confused.
They actually missed me out.
And the Doctor’s shift was finished
Then they gave me another doctor and i consulted him
After few days, I came for the follow up and to get medical certificate.
The Doctor’s timing is 2-4
I reached there at 3
And they were like doctor left
Advice to not to get health checkup here i have a bad experience here
corporate health checkup is just name sake to get one glass of water you need to pay money
1)Instance i went to nearby... more staff asked him water she replied 20 rs
paying 20 rs is not big deal but the way of hospitality should be there .
2) To make ECG , blood checkup no sign boards for every things we need to ask some one.
3) Went to canteen asked coupon ok i have given in Menu list they displayed and they served are not same.
if i ask they they told me i have change the price list /menu.
