Some discrimination due to race, gender orientation &/or culture. Make sure someone is w/u at all times or record everything for ur protection. Less discrimanation than at St. Mary's hospital & less violent... more but more expensive when white supremist employees pad the bill. They manipulated bills of minorities by marking parts of bill as worker's comp (they just make that up) but only when white supremists are in billing. They make up excuses to make u come back for intestinal exams (requires lots of painful prep) saying they are too busy or u r too late (1min) or they just refuse to transport u or care for u. The hospital wide physician's assistant will pretend to be an actual physician & if u call her on it she will insist u 'show respect '. But in most of these cases (not all) another employee will negate their racist/pre-judgemental behavior. The worst is towards those who are obviously gay. They get the brunt because so many people hate gays that there is less of a chance that another employee will step up to help. I always speak up being pro gay since witnessed gay discrimination as a child in the 50's in southern Missouri.
Rate of readmission after discharge from hospital (hospital-wide)
