After giving them a horrible review a few months ago, I'd like to follow up by saying DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE IDIOTS EVER! Gave em another shot because I needed an MRI with sedation.... Same fricken... more story as before... Little Miss Jill and her boss Mary suck! I honestly cannot believe that a radiology department could be so bad. Never, ever, EVER again! Quadrouple thumbs down!!!
I called for a patient room. Gal didn't even answer the phone with a hospital name or Dept. title. Just Hello, I said I needed to contact patient. She very curtly said "what's the name!" Quick transfer... more but
no indication I had even called patient info. or the right number. Unprofessional, unkind, & not at all informative. Unfortunately, patient is very sick & couldn't give me direct room number, so I guess I have to go through this again. I have never had to pay for parking at a hospital in any city I have ever been in. This is crazy to me. Her family will have to spend a great deal of $ to visit her for 5-8 days, two times a day. Immoral!
I am shocked at some of the reviews because I truly did not have any issues with my inpatient stay. I have found the staff to be very nice and easy to talk to. I felt that my medical concerns were addressed... more and would recommend others utilizing the services provided by Sparrow.
