I was referred to Dr Bailey in the morning and they managed to get to me in the same day. There was a little bit of a wait, but as with all surgeons they are very busy. And with being busy usually means... more they have a poor bedside manner... Not the case, Dr Bailey and the attending Dr who was with him were super nice. They have this amazing way to make patients feel at ease. I honestly have no complaints. I have met with other surgions in the past in the Norfolk area and not only was he very short with me, he did not explain the surgery or the risk. I was having my gallbladder removed. He didn't even come in and see me after the surgery.
I noticed a few patients getting upset in the waiting room because they were having to wait a little longer than normal. But one thing most people do not understand about specialist is they are a specialist for a reason, and any "GREAT" one will take the time needed with each patient. I feel that I got the best treatment from Dr, Bailey. I am sorry that I can not remember his attending who was with him. Because he was awesome to.
