My wife had given birth at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse. She had a tear while delivering that required stitches. A couple days after discharge late Friday one of stitches came apart and she came to emergency... more room at St. Lukes Saturday morning. Was expecting that they would have gynecologists that could perform a procedure like applying stitches. They probably do but whatever the reason they gave her antibiotics, just in case of infection, and told her to go to Syracuse. I doubt the doctors could not do the procedure and so it is very upsetting to get denied medical care. The doctor that saw my wife should not be practicing medicine.
