Horrible experience checked my mom in before 6 o'clock in the afternoon and she did not get seen by the doctor until a little past 1in the morning. When I would go ask they just keep saying they were backed... more up and it was a 4 to 5 hour wait we were there much much longer than that. People who had arrived after were getting seeing before her when I would go ask they kept saying there is one patient ahead of her and that the patients that were being taken in were not being seen by the doctor. Once we were taken in the doctor was in with her for about 3 minutes. I've been to many hospitals and this by far is the worst hospital experience we will never come back the staff seemed bothered that they had to do there job I understand it was extremely busy but professionalism goes a long way avoid this place if you can.
Absolute worst hospital in the world. The staff don’t communicate with each other. They don’t communicate with the patients. And NASTY. I’m sitting in my mom’s room right now and just watched “housekeeping”... more take ONE RAG and with that rag wipe the inside of the sink, THEN wipe off the handles of the sink, then continue to wipe the mirror, and then the inside of the sink again and then use the SAME rag and open the patients bathroom door with it, wipe the INSIDE of the toilet and all around the toilet and then lower the toilet seat and wipe the toilet seat WHERE THE PATIENTS SIT with the same rag. DISGUSTING. When my mom asked her about it, she acted like she didn’t understand English or what my mom was saying. I took paper towels and the hand sanitizer in the room to re-clean the sink and toilet and door handle after she left. This hospital needs to be shut down. One star is about 100 stars too many for this nasty, nasty place.
