Horrible Horrible! Pass this hospital and go straight to Lexington. I just had shoulder surgery on 6/21/18 by Dr. David Waespe. Had pain medication issues straight out of surgery. I was undergoing another... more treatment with specialized medication at same time I had surgery and I was warned about taking acetemetiphine. I was given pain medication from Dr. Waespe that had me taking 650mg of acetemetiphine in the same pill as pain medication every 4 hours. 2 days after surgery my spouse and I began calling and trying to fix this issue. Needless to say I was quoted that the doctor has 7 days if needed to change the medication, and was basically told the doctor has such a busy schedual, a lot of surgeries, and is rarely in the Georgetown office. To me this means he is letting quantity override quality, and doesn't have time to adequately take care of all his patient's needs. I had the surgery on a Monday, they never changed the medication until Friday!!! Absolutely unacceptable in my eyes. I mean health care cost are so expensive they should be better quality of care and ppl should demand it!
Worst hospital ever would not send my animals there.Wife fell and hit her head and had breathing problems. Dr West gave her a shot of phenagren and then later had a smart remark. Treated us like drug addicts.Then... more Dr West lied and said he was giving my wife pain meds but gave her saline instead or at least I hope it was. We're a Christian family looking for fair and equal care. You don't get it at Georgetown hospital. If your looking for a Christian hospital go to Central Baptist.
