This ER is such a joke. I spent 6 hours here wondering if I was going to lose my baby. I was bleeding through my clothes and was made to sit in the waiting room! I was sent home with no answers, no whether... more or not I was going lose my baby, send home in pain and bloody clothes. Then I receive a bill for over $1000 because the hospital didn't bill my insurance, just went to collections! I have insurance!!! They know that because they were quick to make me pay my copay as I'm bleeding onto the wheel chair! Shame on these people and place. Not my first bad experience here either!
I drove myself here to get help with my depression. I wasn't able to see a doctor until after 5 hours of sitting in a room, who told me he would get a psych who didn't come until 3 hours later. After spending... more a total of 9 hours in a room by myself the psych asked me why I came, and obviously I came to talk to somebody because I really needed help calming down. She just told me I seemed very depressed which is obvious to me. Then she told me I couldn't go home, and when I asked to call my husband...I had to ask 3 times before they gave me a phone. I had to stay, understandably, because I am a threat to myself, but I felt very uncomfortable and anxious the whole time, and im still here. I feel worse here, then I think I would be at home. The staff is very loud and unprofessional. I came here to find somebody to help me through with this, and instead get put in a room for over 24 hours and get told what I already know. I want to go home.
