This is the worst, I mean the worst experience of my life. Ignorant, poorly educated staff. Owe also facing legal action as soon as I get outta this death trap. DON'T GO TO ER!!! THEY WILL CALL THE... more COPS ON YOU IF YOU TRY AND LEAVE without someone physically coming into the er to check you out. That or make you wait 4hrs. Let me explain something, holding someone against their will is false imprisonment let alone few other crimes being broken. More to follow
housekeeping is less than desirable. i had the room cleaned twice and finally took photos and called housekeeping supervisor to come view photos. Hair all over, feces at toilet base. granola and food... more particles in shower area after the second clean was performed. Today trash full floors dirty. no one has cleaned room as of 4pm and scared to walk on floor. We arrive at hospital to get better however the room condition is unhealthy. I have plenty of photos for proof. Sad when majority of the care itself is exceptional by 70% of staff.
Regarding nursing staff only...although have heard a lot of nightmares for most part were exceptional especially the weekend shifts and shift supervisors...Adrienne in particular..she ranks as number one in my book. Exceptional service and care. She exhuberates care, class and wellness,
I had been asking for my blood pressure meds to regulate my high BP since I arrived and received constant run around from one particular doctor to excess BP was in the high 160's and 170.s causing me too need assistance by staff and still no one added my BP meds to my daily routine which I found strange as all staff mentioned it should be added but no one advocated for me and all I feared was a stroke of some sort, Within 15 minutes of being taken care of by Adrienne, nearly a week into my stay, i had BP meds added to my treatment. We as patients rely on our voices being heard because we know our bodies better than anyone else. This should never happen to anyone,,,
Nursing Assistants: Rita Cazeau is one of a kind and pre empted all my needs ,,,,,Loved her attitude and sense of care for her job. She promotes a warm sense of healing in an unexpected place.
Night nurses have much too learn from my experience.
I think the emergency department needs a little retouch and care, it's the point of entrance which everyone see's first that lets down all the other departments in the hospital. I was quickly seen by doctors,... more gynecologist and taken down to have emergency surgery. The care was unbelievable I can't thank them enough, it was a hard time for me and my family, we received so much care and support from everyone. It was so nice and professional. Thank you
