The WORST experience of my life. I will never be back to this hospital. Ever.
(I wanna add that the EXPERIENCE was awful, however the OB nursing staff and is AMAZING!! They were the sweetest people... more I have ever met. Especially since I was having such a hard time, they kept me sane and gave me and my baby the best care possible. They deserve recognition for going above and beyond for their patients.)
literally, the worst experience I've EVER had in an ER. from registration to the doctor. the lab tech was kind and one nurse (unfortunately I didn't get her name). the nurse assigned to me (hannah)was... more rude and unprofessional as was the doctor (Todd Engdahl). allowing me to be in excruciating pain for hours!! I was in Marion, under the worst of circumstances to begin with. my 46 year old brothers memorial!! i presented with kidney stones. I knew what was wrong!!! a UA, was not even taken until I was being discharged. no compassion whatsoever. also very unorganized. I was almost given the same medication twice!! had the nurse (the good one) which I will find out her name and call the hospital personally. she stopped "Hannah" from giving me the same medication she had just given me. I was appalled at how I was treated. I can only hope and pray you have better doctors and nurses than I encountered.
