Got a ticket for Parking on the side of the building to pick up my dad for a special occasion in a wheelchair and oxygen tank by some Rent a Cop with a very poor attitude and having no empathy or consideration.... more I even called twice for his supervisor to rectify- he had the same negative attitude. Was told to work it out with the ticketing agent. WOW -I was completely taken back by that comment .How does a person in MGMT not take the responsibility in trying to resolve the issue?? Poor MGMT training skills. Its not about the $30.00 fine

Anyway, now that its off my chest..
This is one of the best places in NY state for rehab, 5 star reviews for all the nurses and support teams for the patients. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Great Care and Support. 5 STAR !
Someone in upper management in that facility should get involved in teaching both parking lot agents and supervisor how to be more Empathetic!
