Some nice staff ( Nurses Angie ( very... more informed, pleasant and professional), Patty (20 year into profession, she can definitely find your veins when no one else can, and she was funny).
Wait time is horrible
Patient food is horrible
Doctor on call visit times are 1x per day and 2x if you are dying (they don't tell you when, you have to advocate for your family and go out and ask to see the doctor or else you can be found waiting forever without an idea of when or if the doctor will pass by)
Some staff seems to dislike working there (the employee dissatisfaction seemed to really reflect on the quality of attention)
Hospital's garden could be improved (maybe less sun exposure, more trees, and some water fountains) (healing also comes from the environment and how one feels in it)
We were here not by choice, we were out of town. We are thankful and grateful our family survived under your care and wish for things to become better on your part! Blessings and may management and quality improvement do you right!
My husband was left in a room unchecked in debilitating pain for 2 hours +, so he went home. They are Under-staffed and unable to handle large numbers of emergencies. Like they say, "if need be, you will... more have to wait, or die of pain waiting for a doctor/provider." This is outrageous, this is the second time this ER lets us down. The first time, they advised for me to take my toddler son that was visiting a second time in one day and they could not attend him because the account of his first visit was still open!!!!??? I am done with this hospital. Totally unethical. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE OF PAIN WAITING!
