The administration in this hospital is incompetent. They know they have a volume issue in the Ortho clinic and do not take the necessary steps to mitigate the wait time for patients.
When... more doctors call out, they do not call patients with scheduled appointment to offer the option to reschedule. Instead, they wait for patients to get there to inform them of the massive wait time.
If they can not get something so basic right, there is no need to elaborate on all the other process they mismange (from paperwork to interdepartment communication).
