Went into the ER last week for severe pain in my neck, head and eyes. It was a Thursday night about 10 PM. I guess they were really busy (at least according to them).
I was scheduled for... more an X Ray of my neck and given a pain shot. Well, I waited. And waited. And waited. Three hours later, I sent my daughter to ask the nurse how much longer. She replied it could be a VERY long time yet, I took this to mean clear until the next morning since we were already at 1 AM. So I asked to just be discharged and sent home, as the pain was getting worse from the severely uncomfortable bed. No nurse ever came to even see me again, let alone discharge me. I finally just walked out and went home.
I never even received a follow up call to see if I was ok or alive! The doctor and nurse were nice. But the extreme wait and lack of service to even figure out what was wrong with me was completely unacceptable!
I am sure they will charge my insurance for a full visit when all they did was give me a toradol shot and never even check me again...
Terrible. You need to do much, much better Jordan Valley. Or Inwont ever go here again...
