Went there for their urgent care services. As urgent care and emergency are at the SAME place, they charged me the ER rate. Had I known they were going to be "shady", and charge me for an ER visit, would... more have gone to Traverse, instead. A real bait & switch, wonder how many others they have "ripped off". I DO NOT recommend this place and will NEVER go there, again. BTW, talked to a rep from the hospital who more or less called me a "liar" when told I had come for urgent care, not ER.

If you ever have a choice of where to go don't pick here. The staff are mostly pleasant but the whole place is run like a bunch of keystone cops. I needed to get some medical records and the records... more office couldn't get them from radiology because they were "busy" for three days and all I could get is a voice mail from the radiology manager and then the patient advocate was off for three days and I was left with the switchboard operator to solve a problem for me that she shouldn't have had to solve. It's just goofy there.
Update: OK, well after I was finally able to talk to an actual member of management, issues got solved very quickly. Ashta is a manager who called me back and took care of everything that I needed. She was great. I can up my original 1 star to a 3 star because of this. It's still not right that I needed to express my frustration and get folks riled up to get something accomplished. They need some problem solvers at lower levels than management so things don't end up in a mess.
