Just got off the phone to the hospital - never experienced such an awful and rude service in my life. Happened on the 2nd July 18 at 18:36.
I called to ask regarding waiting times for Emergency... more services. The lady on the phone asked if it was for King's George hospital to which I said yes, she just placed me on hold without saying a word. I was on hold for over a minute and then another lady answered the phone. She rushed the conversation and wasn't polite. She said the waiting time was up to 4 hours and hang up while I continued the conversation (turned out to be with myself) asking if they could glue a wound. It was not a problem with the phone line, the second that girl picked up the phone she clearly was busy and couldn't give a damn. People like that should not be working, not in the hospital where other people need HELP.
