Actually i didnt want torate this even a star.
This is my second time coming to this hospital in ipoh. The 1st time i came here a got admitted, i felt this hospital treatment on the patient is average.... more But this time, it is the worst. I got a terrible question from the receptionist "Do you want to wait? We got a lot of patient. Then i ask "how many patient that in the list?" I was shocked because i thought 1000 or 100 people. I thought the question that i will get fro the lady was regarding my condition. Is it severe..never expect that coming to a plc like private hospital will face this problem. Suggestion: those front line in receptionist should replace with those well manner and well educate on customer service. Not the old and retarded.
For ms. Helen, pls treat those customer properly because at your age i think you are well acknowledge on communication manners. Thanks.
