Donna, the RN was very caring and very professional. Wait time was under 5mins then my dad was taken inside to see the doctor. Very clean facility too. Sick people do feel better when treated with dignity... more and respect. Thank you. My dad feels better already.
One crucial good thing you need to know about this Hospital is that if there are complications during labor they are the absolute experts. But after I gave birth I wasn't being cared for and the hospital... more took over the role of mother and made all decisions for me for my baby.
When I had to stay over the amount of days I was allowed to stay there, I was given a chair in the nursery to stay overnight with my son who had bilirubin and needed to stay longer than me. I was not allowed to eat anywhere but in the waiting room that had a big sign saying "do not eat in the waiting room!"
Then after my son was born I came into the hospital at least once every one to three months for one and a half years to make sure all of his shots were up-to-date. Now that he's 2 years old I'm finding out that he didn't get a bunch of shots when he was 1 year old. How can this happen? I don't understand the incompetence. When I go to a hospital I expect to be taken care of. I'm scared of this Hospital although they have experts in their back pocket.
