I'd give negative stars if I could. My baby sister went here for chest pains and was treated very poorly. The nurses were almost non-existent. Once she complained they treated her even worse and never... more came back to room at all until she threatened to leave. They made racial remarks. When she tried to tell them she wanted to leave they tried to force her to stay and refused to remove the IV. They kept telling her she was being discharged after nothing was resolved. She waited 4 more hours before losing her patients and dealing with the pain. They never called for an x-ray or ordered a CT scan (FOR CHEST PAINS). She got up to leave and tried to remove the IV herself due to waiting hours for the nurse to do it so she can leave. The rude nurse called security and started yelling code white. She already had high bold pressure and this made it even worse. We left and went to St.Tammany where she got excellent treatment and they immediately called for an x-ray and scheduled a CT scan for the next morning. Come to find out she had a collapsed lung and needed to be scheduled for surgery. I wouldn't bring my worse enemy to Lakeview. I have friend there now and he's been having to ask for his own medication for a severe infection that caused him to be admitted for at least 10 days. He also complained and had security called on him and now the nurses are again non-existent. If this was an elderly person and they complained they would be left for dead. Pretty sad that people get away with this. Don't bother messaging me a number to call. I see all the other reviews and its obvious nothings being done about it.
