This hospital doesn't care about their patients at all most of the employees walk around on their cell phones that's why the waiting rooms are always full I was missed diagnosis twice at this hospital.... more (I had a heart condition) probably will not return. I have heard nurses tell people to go somewhere else and to stop coming if they don't like the wait or care... I have never been to hospital like this never. Very sad and disappointing because people are sick that's why they come and wait hours just to see the doctor and get told there is nothing wrong with you...what????
After being turned away from Urgent Care facility where I was told they would not accept our insurance, and my only option was to go to an ER, I took my 8 year old daughter who had been experiencing a... more headache for 3 straight days to the ER at Little Company. When we first arrived at 2PM, we were among the only people there, we were quickly checked in, and brought back to register, but 3.5 hours later, and few visits to the triage desk later, we were still not seen- I understand it's an ER, and worst case patients go first, but 3.5 hours is far too long to make an 8 year old in pain wait. I will not be returning to the ER any time soon. This was sadly a very negative experience, and 1 star feels like it's too much.
