Doctors are really good. The nurses (especially the elderly nurse on the 2nd floor) are horrible. They treat patients and their attenders like servants. They are always rude. Some junior nurses are really... more friendly and caring. My son's surgery was prepaid, which included medicins also. But the pharmacist demanded money. Later when we asked them, only part of the money paid to the pharmacist was refunded. The pharmacist also came directly to our room with some prescription and asked us to buy medicins. When we inquired, the prescription wasn't for us. We had a very bad experience staying in MERF, RA puram after my son's surgery. This was in May 2017
