2-1/2 hours to reinspect and change bandage. When I commented I must have picked a bad day for a revisit, his comment was “yes you did”. Like it was my fault! At one point I even walked out of my... more room and asked for a bandage so my wife could put it on and get the heck out of there. Dr. never seemed to care. Unless I stop breathing in the area, I will be going elsewhere.
Excellent care and attention from all the staff during a recent visit following a skiing injury.
Upon admission to the ER I received immediate attention from staff who were warm and extremely... more competent. Following scans, my injury was swiftly diagnosed. The treating physician then provided me with detailed and balanced advice about surgical options and outcomes.
I elected for surgery which the hospital arranged for the same day.
In the lead up to surgery I was visited by the surgeon, Dr. Gilmer, and each of his surgical team. All were incredibly friendly and positive and made me confident I was in good hands.
Following surgery I was again visited by all the team to discuss the procedure, its outcome and rehab plans.
Very grateful to all the surgical staff, the ER physicians and the exceptionally kind and attentive nurses at Mammoth Hospital.
