Disgusting customer service in ICU! This hospital nearly killed my father. The nurses in ICU were so rude, ghetto... inconsiderate. They would have full blown conversations about their lives in the middle... more of the night as us guest watch our loved ones suffer. Being loud and ghetto. Had the rudest nurses argue with me about getting a Spanish translator. She inferred when someone in our family returns for visitation they can translate whatever to our family. Is this not Pembroke Pines? Does not everyone speak Spanish here. Isn't it our right to have someone translate when their loved one is dying... I couldn't believe what I saw. To think I birthed a child here. Jackson memorial SAVED my fathers life. THE NURSES were ANGELS. They took care of him as if he was their loved one. I couldn't be more thankful that my father was removed from this hospital after they messed up on his surgery and left him to sit in a hospital bed for a week before they did anything... i will NEVER return to that hospital! I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone... and I have been coming here for over 20 years. I grew up in this hospital.. I birthed a child at this hospital.. I get better customer service and diagnosed correctly at baptist medical... a walk in clinic in a shopping plaza off griffin and university.... save your time. Go to Cleveland clinic it's 10 minutes from memorial.
