My nurse Katie as rude, scarcastic, and much like the doctor, non-existent. Nurses assistant was kind and helpful but seemed to be overworked as I was stuck in a bed tied to cords with blood running up... more my IV needing to use the restroom for a long time and no one ever returned my call light. Ran through 2 full IV bags after all tests had been ran and still no sign of doctors or nurses and it was not very busy tonight. Finally, after no one responded to my yelling for help with blood backing up my IV and monitors going off, I banged on the wall and the nurses assistant then came to asssit me in getting unhooked so I could at least use the restroom. The doctor never came back nor did he go over any results or give me an opportunity to ask questions, I was explained the diagnosis by a nurse and discharged. I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.
Absolutely the best care I have ever received. The nurses , doctors and techs was amazing and very attentive. If I ever need any medical services again I will definitely go to Mercy Jefferson.. great job... more !!
I want to thank the nurses, doctors, and staff in the E.R. for always being compassionate, caring, and genuinely concerned always about your patients. You bedside manners are exemplary. Last night I left... more Bonne Terre E.R. because of how I was treated and every single one of you that helped me were so amazing. I just wanted to thank you publically and let people know there are hospitals that still care that will treat you with respect. God bless all of you and I'm so happy I switched to Mercy doctors every day
