Hi there, my mum was brought to this hospital to treat her brain tumour and pituitary tumour. She was very healthy walked herself into the operation theatre. She was operated on 19 June but still in... more coma.Dr Bansal neurosurgeon was over-confident. He stated it will be very straightforward surgery. He showed all his awards in order to brain wash my family. If there was a endoscopic option available, why did he go for skull Sx. I have been working in the world class hospital in Australia for the last 7 years and never seen that sort of treatment given to any patient (no post op side effect) here. THE doctor never explain how much damage to her brain has occurred because of the bleeding in brain whilst being in ICU.it is hard to believe how this can happen in ICU. her brain is swollen. She had infection while being in Narayan hospital and Dr told its only normal fever. We only find out about infection when transferred to another hospital.from now onwards Please explain all the risk associated with the procedure beforehand so family can have informative decision. THIS HOSPITAL IS NOT GOOD FOR NEUROSURGERY.ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY , AWARDS and RECORDS.Please go to other hospital .7 weeks still in coma don't know what's future hold for her. The whole family is suffering.
My sis visit on 26 July 2017 and checkup with Dr. Ajay Nayar, he write some blood test, and test report we can collect around 5.00 PM, and at 5.00 PM doctor is not available to check report. I was go to... more on 27 April 2017 for check reports. He write another test and said this report will come 29 April, and he is refer to gyno and gyno refer to Dermatologist. 3 doctors charges in single day(it was not a problem).
Main issue is when I collect a report on 29, 2nd Oct 2017 I was to go to hospital for check report to Doctor. then doctor said I can't check report without slip, receptionist said you should to pay Rs. 450 to check report. We did pay already for this report on 29. It's totally greediness.
