Went in many times over the years and have had good experience with the nurse/doctors but the staff-----
And recently I requested medical records - they argued with me over the reasoning I... more needed my own medical records... they are staff not lawyers.
Then after they took my information they said- we'll call you when it is ready -
And after waiting weeks - I called them - and they said - Yeah its ready - Its been ready..................Great way to treat a patient - And a chronically ill individual seeking medical records to expedite legal issues - And they could care less.
I will never be returning there again. And btw - I am a local individual - Lived here all my life - and there is a reason I had a home birth and did not bring my child there.......
I am a registered nurse and I don't like being treated like a child, I do not like being treated like I am dirt under someone else's shoes, they are the most rude and hateful CNA' s up to the RN' s even... more the ward clerk's have and attitude. I will not be back to this crappy excuse for a hospital!
