ER Nurse, rude and disrespectful right off the bat. My mother in law came in with a left shoulder injury. And when the nurse expressed that she would be starting a EKG, starting an IV, and drawing blood;... more I simply informed the nurse that she was injured on her left side the nurse immediately got defensive and went off on me saying "I said that I was going to do few things I didn't say in what order, right now I'm doing her EKG, okay". I then said "I was only trying to help by letting you know which arm was injured." She the said "I GOT IT." All I can say is how do you expect people to trust you with the care of their loved ones if the staff has an attitude with and you for only trying to help by giving them information or provide a friendly reminder?
Rate of readmission after discharge from hospital (hospital-wide)
