Worst place to get anything done with job applications and shadowing applications ever. I have been waiting 3 weeks to hear back from my application when they told me 1 week. They made me go and get all... more my immunisations and fill out a book of paperwork and never contacted me back. I call and email them everyday but no response. Pathetic. They could have at least had the decency to tell me they were not going to take my application instead of using me as a pin cushion for all the shots I had to get.
I call the billing department two different times. Holding at least 10 minutes om both calls. The lady answered the phone it sounded like she was eating. That for one is very unprofessional. Customer... more service is also very unprofessional. Called about my bill and she had to correct me in a rude way and the way she said some things was RUDE
My husband has been there for 3 weeks after knee replacement for both knees. Moved to rehab and after a week had to be moved to the 3rd floor for a heart problem. I can't say enough about how pleased... more we have been with the staff.
