Worst hospital experience ever! I hope that at least the doctors are competent. Administratively, this hospital is a disaster. I have never seen anything run in such a disorganized, unprofessional manner.... more If you go here, expect there to be conflicting instructions, mis-communications, rudeness and expect to wait a long, long time for anything to happen. When my daughter came out of surgery, we were told she would be in a room in about an hour and we would be notified we could go up. They took our number so they could call us. Five hours later we get a call from her, wondering where we are since she had been in her room for two hours. They told her they couldn't find us. We had never left the surgery waiting room and hadn't received a call. This is just one example. Another was the nurse that told her to go to the bathroom followed five minutes later by another nurse asking for a urine sample. If you hear a nurse say "I'll be right back.", expect to never see them again. We saw one hospital employee on a computer using Facebook. There were a few employees that were caring, compassionate and helpful but that was totally overshadowed by all the other incompetent idiots that work there. I recommend using any other hospital.
I was injured severely in a car wreck that broke my legs and my hip. Even sent me into a coma for 10 days. The staff worked with me and used a lot of patients and understanding to get me back in the focus... more of reality. They treated me kind and sweet even when I was too confused to be a nice patron of the hospital. They made almost dying like a vacation. Even when I got rolled into OR looking mangled the doctors took 8 straight hours putting me back together and patching me up. I'd rather be treated at this hospital than any other, hands down :-) thanks guys (Dr. Marchman is the best doctor I've ever had and I owe him my life and my legs. If you ever need a rickshaw driver, I got you lol
From Miami during Hurricane Irma, dad needed dialysis. Nurse Leanne, was the best nurse, she was caring, patient and took care of my dad, like he was family. My dad not such a great patient, but he was... more so happy with overall treatment from this hospital. Much better service than Miami for sure. He was not treated as a number, but a family member. 5 stars undoubtedly!!. Kutos to Leanne and the other nurses as well. Keep up the great work. RSingh, Miami. 9/11/17.
