My husband recently spent nine days on the second floor. We could not have received better care! The nurses, resident doctors, hospital doctor (Dr. Amin), CNAs, nutritional department, and guest services... more specialists were wonderful! The nurses and CNAs were friendly and personable, often taking a few extra minutes just to visit and make sure we were OK. Thank you, Novant Huntersville, for taking good care of my husband!
Please don't take your children here. I came into the Er with three children since we are visitors to NC and my youngest daughter was my main concern being that she had a rash I didn't want to spread to... more her siblings. I was seen by a nurse and a Dr who rushed me in and out. The dr was the worst he didn't listen to my concern and this place was empty and he barely took a look at my daughters rash before calling it viral just to send us on our way. The next few days it got worst and she was seen at Levine children's hospital two day after being seen there and was dx with scabies but by this time it had gotten worst. I'm glad I'd followed god and not medicine. If I saw him today I would tell him some hurtful things. I feel so bad that I took her there and put her health in the care of this fake as doctor. I don't even write reviews but I have to let this place know how I feel. I wouldn't have put the 1 star if I didn't have to write this.
Great staff, clean hospital nurses should never draw blood 3 nurses had a difficult time until they sent in a phelbotomist who did what she is trained to do. Emergency room should always have the phelbotomist... more draw the blood. Other then that pleasant experience.
