Where to begin they sent my daughters Bill to the wrong Insurance Company
When I called to tell them that I needed to send the card in as my daughter... more did have the card with her I also asked if I could have a printout of all the charges and what they were for then they told me since my daughter was 18 that she had to call in
My daughter being 3.5 hours away from me at College asked to call us and they denied her to call us
Now I'm waiting for a call back from quality assurance we'll see how long it takes for them to get back to me now starting day 10/3/2017
I don't give a s*** if my daughter is 18 or not when she asked to call her mom or her dad and they deny her this and she tells me she needed us kind of pisses me off when you talk about patient rights.
