Beautiful new hospital. But it's still just a hospital with noises at night when you might be asleep. Food that is not as healthy as it should be and only half the nurses we encountered were sympathetic... more individuals. The rest were just there as a job and for the perks.
I would give more stars if they where available. Our 2nd child was delivered here recently by there top notch professional staff. We could not thank them enough especially there labor & delivery nurse... more Alissa A. is the definition of a great nurse friendly, caring and so compassionate. She took the time to check in with us after her shift ended to make sure we where all right. Truly a great nurse with the rest of the delivery team. I will recommend this great facility to all friends and family. Thank you Palomar hospital this was a great experience.
The people are nice but I just had surgery yesterday night and I feel so bad. I cant even sit down and I have tarsal coalition. So I am in the waiting room standing. I feel so damn sick. One star because... more the front desk people seem nice but I regret coming to this hospital first.
Update: All done and ready to leave just waiting forever for urine to be checked. I feel so much less pain leaving than coming in. Which is a happy feeling. So I give them 3 stars. A few rude people but I was in pain and upset that they were not helping me at first. I felt like I was put on the backburner. I wanted to cry the whole time and held it in check for so long but it took me crying to get somewhere. Thank God I let the tears flow and anger out.
