My eldery mother was in the ER today over 8 hours before she was seen by a doctor.
I contacted the Patient Representative, ER Supervisor and Directors Administrative Assistant,... more who could not provide me with a legitimate explanation why my elderly mother (who was in extreme pain) had to sit there an entire day before being seen. Where’s the accountability?
The medical services are NOT provided free of charge so why would you treat patients as if you’re doing them a favor?
Instead of sending an apologetic reply to my review..try fixing the problem!
Experience #2 for my Dad. The first was horrific after major back surgery and this time doesn't seem to be much better. Unprofessional and rude nursing staff. A lacking physical therapy department. A nurse... more actually stated a disoriented patient is better than one in pain. What??!!
