It was so bad asked the doctor is... more this a real hospital ? Went to Phoebe main not much better dirty everything old only 2 people at emergency room check In window a joke one triage nurse , there are more people working at a single doctor office .then at this main emergency room. The waiting room was packed no since of urgency at all ! SHAMEFUL . Everywhere you look New Phoebe centers pop up everywhere . Why can’t they invest in the hospitals is there a reason why they won’t??? Hummm
My Brother was transferred from Crisp Regional Hospital last Wed. We left our house and we got to the hospital and they had locked the main entrance. So we were told to go to a side door and wait for someone... more to come out and we could go in. Now mind U it was raining. So we stood there for a min or so then I said there has to b another way in. Then we walked past Star Bucks to the out Patients entrance and a Man was sitting there I ask him how to get to get to the E.R. because they had brought my brother in from Cordele. How got up and took me all of the way to the E.R. at the back of the hospital. Once there a Lady at the desk I told her what was going on she got up and carried me to the back and there we found out that he was in ICUCCU then she went back out and ask a Deputy, or a State Patrol, that was supposed to b there for security. She had ask him to take us up to the 4th floor. Well if U did he did. Now mind U here I am as upset that I was lucky to make it to Albany and now this Dood is going to poke his head out and tell me where to go.
