If I could give this hospital NO STARS, I WOULD. I went to the ER with a sciatic nerve which the pain kept me from even walking. The physician acted as if I was faking my pain. She showed no concern, even... more as I was in tears and shaking from the pain. Did a catscan, come to find out I have a protruding disc and she only sent me home with a muscle relaxer and 600mg of ibuprofen, told me there was nothing else that they could do for me there. I spent 4hrs in the ER and still could barely walk out on my own (you would think they would provide a wheelchair knowing that I could barely walk without major pain in my back and down my leg). DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU WHAT SO EVER!
Horrible experience. I walked into there ED with my Five year old with an object protruding out of her mouth. First time ever to this facility and definitely my last. No one help me no nurse or greeter... more greeted me at the door but a nice huge metal detector did and a security guard that was pointless just care about me walking through the metal detector. I’m a distraught mother with a 5 year old with a metal orange object protruding out of my five year olds daughters mouth with blood all over her face. No help at all no one to say the nurse will be with you. No one to check to see if she was okay nothing. This is a death trap period. How can you not have someone to see and at least screen the patients at the front door. Help me find where I need to go or something not talk to the security guard or a computer. So disappointed. But never will I go here again.
