I was discharge out of this hospital Sep,7,2017 for being homeless . I came into this hospital from the EMT and I was there for my suicidal and depression. Who ever I was dealing with had no heart. The... more nurse I was with was rude and ignorant she was just telling me that it seems like you didn't want to go along with your shelter option while I was telling her my situation of being homeless and suicidal. OMG I'ts like she did not even care if I was suicidal. I really think all these people were just worried about insurance and didn't care if I wanted to kill myself. IT WAS THAT I WAS HOMELESS AND I WAS A NOBODY . This one particular lady help little and she actually told me to go to another hospital and tell everything I told them but don't bring up my homelessness and she gave me bus fair and some food. It was this one security guard that was just awful when I was being discharge I had already tried to kill myself I put a sock around my neck and I forgot if it was the nurse or the doctor that told me if you don't take that off I'm going to get the security guard he eventually came and he was aggressive he just yanked that sock right off my neck. I tried to suffocate my self with a plastic bag and he came back and grab the bag forcibly off my face where he end up punching me right in my nose as he was snatching the bag off of me he was even mutter words and he was stepping on my toes while he restraining me.I will never forget I think about this ever day I did not needed to be restraint I wasn't violent . I remember his last name I believe it was Rodriquez. I was really hurt and confused of why I was being treated this way like i'm nothing because I'm homeless. I am safe now and not homeless but I still live through this traumatic experience. I just do not want that to happen to anyone else. I do feel the hospital was very wrong for discharging me out back into the streets. I will never forget this and what those evil people did to me!
Total mente desagradable
It seems that in all hospitals they take so much in the emergency room
The staff takes their time to care for a patient who arrives with much pain the nurse who received us was very slow and only heard laughter and talk outside the room
And it seems that they will not care if he has to come to a hospital where patients do not care. I do not think we live in a first world country as they let us know
Apart from the room we arrived on the floor there were lots of extra heavy biscuits some injection plugs and the truth the dirty floor this did not seem like a hospital I have photos
I came in for hip replacement surgery and have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. Love my surgeon and all of the nursing staff has been very pleasant and professional. The physical and occupational... more therapists here were excellent. All very knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. I was using a walker and sitting in a chair a few hours after the surgery. Luckily I healed quickly so I was discharged 3 days after my surgery. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations.
