I have visited the hospital on 18 Sept 2017 with my colleague who is suffering from typhoid. When I entered the hospital the security guard at the entrance told me to remove the shoes before entering the... more hospital. I did the same thing and entered in the hospital. After some time when I move toward toilet I found that there is no slipper provides over there. When I ask the security guard for the same he told me that toilet is not for public. It is used by patient only. When I ask him where the attendant go they said they will go outside or some where else. I just refuse to use toilet without any slipper because the condition of toilet is very bad. The washbasin is full with water also the floor is wet. I also found there they are charging for shoe cover. As per the guard only the staff can use the toilets and there are no toilets for the attendant or the person accompany the patient.
They are selling the shoe covers there which people are using on the road and outside the hospital premises. And they are allowed to go inside wearing the same shoe covers. I am not able to understand them what is the difference some one is wearing the shoes inside.
Now coming to the toilets. That are in worst conditions. Even public toilets at railway stations and bus stands or any other places are far better and well maintained. And they want patient to use those toilets bare footed. I have pictures of those shabby toilets and looking for proper platform to post those.
Their they placed one complaint box. Where I raised my concerns. But there is no use of that. I did not got any call from their management to discuss the issue or for feedback. Where as I have written a mail to NABH describing the shortfall of various safety and fire hazard issues. Then because of that they calling me regularly. But even though they are not accepting their fault and assuring us to rectify the same. They are trying to threaten me and saying that I am no one to complain about their shortfalls. She told me that they will complain against me as I am coming from outside and raising unnecessary issues.
They have good machines but very ill behaved people. I gave 3 star only for the infrastructure. They just wish to earn money and DO NOT want to care. Very bad experience with my father. We lost him due... more to the bedsores that Ramkrishna Care Hospital gave him in 17 days of being in their icu. Doctors are arrogant and hence all the staff reciprocates and reflects it.
They charged me 2.37 lakhs and no one was answerable. Come here only is you have no other option left. This is a 'death trap'. I will never forgive them for what they did to us.
