What a terrible place to trust your life with. The nurses are nice enough, but not enough time to spend with each patient to make them comfortable. I've been here for 3 days with a family member an d... more I wouldn't bring an animal here. The other posts are correct about the cold, old food. Filthy floors. One lady came by with a "damp mop pad with only water from a bucket...cold water, no cleaner. The floor is disgustingly dirty and there are little blue caps all over the floor because they never pick up those items they drop. Tonight I asked for a light blanket at 7 pm and the aid said they didn't have any but would bring one later. It is now 2 am. No blanket. The reason I stayed the past two days and nights is so that when my family member needs something, I can do it now instead of in the next life. While I was waiting a cockroach ran across the floor.....and you know if there is one, it's not alone. Oh, did I mention that they do not offer towels, face cloths or newly made beds? There are just too many other things to mention here and it's only a 3 day stay. Shameful. Anything you receive here has to be asked for.....to say there is no customer service is a huge understatement. Owners, please do me the favor of not answering my review with one of your robot responses that "someone" decides might fit the review. Don't appear that you are sorry in anyway or there wouldn't be so many pitiful reviews.....something would be done to start seeing some rave reviews. You are running a pathetic hospital folks.
The Food staff all need to be fired. They're trying to kill us patients with the service violations such as cold and old meat sauce on cold and old pasta bottled water that tatse like dirt and an ice dispenser... more with none filtered water. I came to get well and I'm not getting any good healthy food to eat. The lettuce was brown. Yuck!!
