This place is horrible. Maybe 1 out of 8 nurses is nice. They have no bed side mannor what so ever. The head person is nice and I think tries to fix it but may not know what’s happening. They almost... more make you feel like your an inconvenience for being here. OT came in and since I had the same surgery two years ago signed off, which might be ok but now I can’t get a shower. They keep saying wait for OT. It’s bad enough I had to have this stupid knee surgery again as the first didn’t work but this don’t help. They get super confused on the medications which in itself is scary. This morning I went to the bathroom and as the guy nurse felt day 2 I had it down left me 100% alone. I have people taking off work so I don’t walk around alone at home. I afraid to call for a nurse but face it no choice when I’m in the hospital and need help. I mean what else are they doing? PT does not come often enough and it seems nurses are to busy to let you go on walk. I could go on but I think you got my point!
Update: the response to call after I’m out of the hospital is a bit late. They can’t take back the things that happened when I was unable to just walk away from it. When someone is in a position where they can’t leave to mistreat them is unacceptable.
Being a prior open heart surgery patient, I have seen it all where hospitals are concerned. Rose is absolutely hands down, the best hospital experience I've had to date. I needed a new pacemaker installed... more and from check in to discharge every person I interacted with was friendly and professional. My pain was managed well and the facility was clean and bright. They even have room service where you can order your choices off the full menu! If I ever need any other treatment, Rose will be where I will go. Special thanks to the fourth floor cardiac staff, you guys are the best! Thank you!
The ER staff was amazing. They helped me so much. They were busy, of course, but they checked on me often. They answered all my questions quickly and professionally. This morning they called me to make... more sure that I was doing okay and if I had any questions. They are wonderful there.
