First of this is not a ST ALS facility but a privately owned coop between some over charging DRS. Worst ER ever never told us that we weren't in network after the first visit not once while i was in their... more horrible care. Never saw the bill until after we had already had to go back again but this time for a back injury and again out of network. 8000 plus dollars later from the two visits we then find out from our insurance not the ER that they are not in our network! NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT THE LACK OF CARE! I am in the medical field and am a doctor of pharmacy and the number one reason people seek medical care is because of PAIN! Well I was profiled even though I have never been on a pain killers and guess what both times visiting this ER were for no other reason than excruciating stomach pain (the first visit) and a slipped disks and severe back pain (2 visit). Each time I was not treated enough to even bring my pain threshold below a 8 on a 1 to 10 scale with 10 being the worst. DO NOT GO TO THIS ER IT WAS 8000 DOLLARS WASTED FOR A HALF HOUR WORTH OF WORTHLESS SERVICE BOTH TIMES AND THIS WAS IN JANUARY 2018 AND MARCH 2018. I DON'T TYPICALLY RIGHT REVIEWS UNLESS SERVICE IS THE EPITOME OF TERRIBLE AND THAT'S WHAT I EXPERIENCED AT THIS ER.
