My brother was brought here with a severe brain injury after a brutal attack by some random guy he didn't even know. The staff in ICU, the social worker, chaplain, nursing staff, doctors and everyone we... more encountered were kind, caring, compassionate, professional and thorough. Unfortunately my brothers injuries were too severe and he died a week later without ever regaining consciousness. I can't say enough how much we appreciated everyone here.
I did not receive the care that I needed. Dr. Only looked at my armpit, didn't even bother to clean up the cyst that had drained on its own, only prescribed me medication He did not drain my cyst, only... more prescribed medication and then sent it to the pharmacy near hospital and not to the regular pharmacy that I go to because it's closer to where I live but trying to lie to my face to say that my pharmacy is closed because it's a holiday today but I just called the pharmacy right now and they said they are open. Useless Dr, and all of this was in the Urgent Care Center
I was taken to the trauma centre on 9/13/2017 for level 2 trauma from a collision between a car and my motorcycle. From the moment I got there, I've received nothing but immediate attention and professional... more care from the trauma team and ER. Even after it was pretty obvious that I was going to be stable and fine, I still got relatively timely care.
I haven't gotten my bill yet and while I'll probably spending my next few paychecks to cover the bills, I'm happy that SF general did everything they had to do. Also, they've got some pretty snazzy medical equipment, not gonna lie
