My mom was inpatient for several days here & although many of the nurses and CNA’s were nice....the social workers and doc in charge of her care was a joke. I would get a call saying “she’s being... more discharge tomorrow, can you come at 1:30?” So I would rearrange things and then get on the road (an hour drive) then get a call “oh she’s not getting out till tomorrow...or next Monday” this went on for several days. When she finally DID get out, I asked if all her belongings were ready and they said yes of course....and her meds had been sent to the pharmacy near her home...so I drove her home. The problem didn’t start until she wanted to stop to get some money at the ATM and we realized her atm card, senior ID, social security card, Medicare card, house keys (on lanyard) etc were gone from her purse. We called them and asked and they claimed they didn’t have them so we paid a huge “lock out fee” and re-key fee to her apartment complex....not to mention the fact that oh yeah - the doctor NEVER E SENT HER PRESCRIPTION SO NOW SHE HAS NO MEDS!!!!!! I wouldn’t send my cat here!!!!
