7 hours and you don't even see a doctor, just a nurse practitioner. Had kidney stones. Left to sit in waiting room after a shot of morphine. We were referred here by Kaiser to see a urologist, the nurse... more practitioner and the doctor were just nasty. Doctor said "I am not going to wake up the urologist for you, I am not going to give you a Ct scan and I am not giving you any pain pills, is there anything else I can do for you?" This place is horrible and treated others there just awful.
Ugh!! The Security guard is a COMPLETE creep,. And the Dr. on staff two nights ago MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT HAVE GOOD BEDSIDE MANNERS,. I WANTED TO ASK HIM IF HE REMEMBERS THE FIRST OATH HE TOOK WHEN HE... more BECAME AN ACTUAL DOCTOR.....(I MEAN..... IT WAS ALL BAD THERE! SAN JOAQUIN HOSPITAL IS BECOMING KMC AT IT'S WORST!). I'M SERIOUS!
I have lived in Kern County for over 3 years and have not had to use any of the hospitals here. I woke up in the middle of the night with horrible stomach pain and other symptoms. I came to this ER because... more I am a diabetic. Walked in and was greated by the rudest RN I ever met. They never checked my blood sugars, didn't give me an I. V for dehydration, or anything for pain. They stuck me in the lobby for over 6 hours. Is this a county hospital? Horrible patient care. I will NEVER come to this hospital again. EVER!!!
