Horrible experiance. Only 2 nurses were on duty and theybwere more worried about there personal conversations they were having. They had NO PERSONALITY and seemed bothered by my sick son. My son came in... more after vomitting for almost 4 hours and was weak, dizzy, and feverish. They offered NO wheelchair even after he said he's weak.and dizzy. All they did was give him something for neasuea. They gave no saline iv, no blood test or NOTHING. HE TOLD THEM HE still doesn't feel good and they laughed and said u will be fine and discharged him. His paperwork has on it that a doctor saw him and NO DOCTOR did. So it's now the next day and we have to take him elsewhere since this ER was to bothered to help!!!
My mother was recently admitted to Seven Rivers Hospital, it was a very sad time for my family but the two ICU nurses made her comfortable and my family comfortable. Mary Beth and Sarah, the best nurses... more I have ever met in my life. Mary Beth and Sarah were 5 steps ahead of any questions, and any needs we had while we were there. They were so god to us and so helpful, I will never forget them and their caring attitude. I appreciate them so much.
